I didn’t learn this from a textbook. I learned it the way most of us do: watching, asking questions, and remembering. Some of what I know came from my family\u2014the mango leaves from our campo, the soursop sourced with care from Mexico. Some came from my own late nights and a hunger to understand what these plants have always known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Healing doesn\u2019t have to be loud to be real.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Romera exists to bridge that gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every formula here is something I made for myself first, born from my own need for balance. Nothing leaves my hands until I trust it enough to put it in yours. This isn’t about ‘optimizing’ your body\u2014it’s about listening to it, the way our ancestors did before wellness became an industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how I choose to honor the roots that raised me.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
